FST TECHNICAL SERVICES is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Chandler, AZ

FST is looking for a Sales Manager for its commissioning division, to manage and drive sales within the division. This position is remote and the location for the candidate is flexible. This sales position will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, with dotted line responsibility to the President of the Commissioning Division while working closely with the marketing team and technical staff. Travel will be required.

You must be a self-starter who is able to manage priorities in order to achieve growth goals and sales quotas. A high degree of discretion and accountability, sales leadership experience, and the energy to make contact with clients is expected. The right candidate will bring sales experience of technical/engineering services to Pharma/BioPharma, Data Centers, Healthcare, Commercial and Infrastructure type work (Airports/Bridges).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving sales goals.
  • Interfaces with clients at all levels within existing and prospective account(s). Consult with customers to fully understand their needs.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within target accounts.
  • Develops and leverages a customer sales strategy and consultative approach to uncover client-specific issues and/or opportunities.
  • Execute against and meet quarterly KPIs, sales, sales growth and profit margin.
    Identifies and manages resources to develop proposals that position the full range of firm’s capabilities & solutions to customers.
  • Collaborates with corporate and subject matter experts to jointly present proposals and presentations.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10 years developing and leading a fast-paced, high activity/volume professional sales program.
  • Solution and relationship-based sales experience in the A/E/C industry.
  • Sales data-driven to the ability to build actionable processes.
  • Utilize reports in an ERP/CRM system.
  • Knowledge of how to use metrics and data as a way to support effective sales behavior and build motivating incentive plans.
  • Thrives with high levels of autonomy with the ability to make solid plans and execute them.
