About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join our Analytics team reporting into our Director of Business Intelligence. The Analytics Team at Health-E Commerce uses data to help guide the company towards making the right decisions, addressing challenges, and identifying new opportunities to grow. This role will collect, analyze, integrate, and present information about our company, our competition, and industry trends. This role will work with a variety of stakeholders as a thought partner and help guide decision making by leveraging data.

What You’ll Do:

• Define, develop and implement dashboards and reporting requirements to ensure ongoing progress and status updates.
• Identify opportunities for department-wide improvement and communicate with management to recommend and effectuate change.
• Support new strategy, processes design, reporting, and communications
• Create informative and well-organized presentations that contribute to overall business needs and goals, explaining complex situations clearly and simply
• Able to digest product roadmap and articulate potential technical workstreams to a broad array of audiences

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree Business, Economics, Finance or related area. Master’s degree preferred. 
• 5 years of experience in enterprise analytics
• Advanced knowledge Tableau, Power BI or other modern BI and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data engineering and automation in Cloud and Big Data environments
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL
