This position will be based in Moreno Valley, CA. Full-time. Non-Exempt.

Key Responsibilities of Position

  • Direct service treatment, including diagnostic (intakes), crisis intervention, and ongoing treatment (individual, family, and group.)
  • Caseload management: information/referral advocacy.
  • Parent education training as necessary to facilitate individual case and program goals.
  • Team accountability and responsibilities along with project supervisors, students, other divisions, and administrative staff.
  • Generation and implementation of Treatment Plans, Utilization Review, and other case planning activities.
  • Participation and presentation at case review/disposition, case consultation, and peer support meetings.
  • Assisting in program start-up activities and subsequent (on-going) statistical and recording.
  • This position is required to work a minimum of two late afternoons/early evenings per week.
  • Punctual and regular attendance.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Post master’s, pre-licensed, MFT associate, MSW associate

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to cope with a fast-changing work environment.

  • Ability to multi-task and stay focused with many interruptions.
  • Ability to read and write English and to communicate at the level required for successful job performance.
  • Ability to work at a desk for extended periods of time.
