Manager Assistant

Fruta is searching for driven, talented, passionate individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to lead a team to fulfill the vision of our high-quality operation, while meeting customer service expectations.

Essential Job Functions

*Must have a deep understanding of our brand and our high-quality nutritional products and be able to communicate at an exceptional level to our clientele. *Provide an exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming environment, consistently prepare high-quality beverages and food in a low waste environment, while catering to a customers’ requests and needs. *Available to work weekends (required) *The physical aspect of the job requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending over, reaching and other varied tasks. *Enforce all policies, procedures, recipes, health codes and safety regulations. *Execute accurate sales transactions on the register and operate all food preparation equipment and tools efficiently. *Maintain a clean, well-organized work environment at all times. *Build guest relationships and respond to complaints and concerns professionally and in a timely manner. *Execute accurate sales transactions on the register and operate all food preparation equipment and tools efficiently. *Ensure that staff work together as one to produce the highest quality products efficiently with a positive attitude. *Have reliable transportation.

Leadership Responsibilities

*Strong organization and time management skills. *Work well under pressure and effectively solve problems. *Able to take and give direction with confidence. *Work schedule reflects the needs of the operation. *Display, encourage, and inspire high morale, motivation and teamwork in the store. *Respond to team conflicts professionally and work toward positive resolutions. *Promote an environment that does not permit or promote any kind of harassment or discrimination. *Ensure adequate inventory levels that allow for Guest needs. Monitor store’s on-hand inventory for waste and theft. *Clearly communicate products, procedures, marketing initiatives, training development, equipment and any other company programs.

Desired Qualifications

*Must be able to multi-task, and change priorities quickly in a fast paced, high energy, and physically demanding environment. *1-2 years of previous experience in a similar environment (quick service food or retail) *Food Handlers Certification prior to employment

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $19.00/hour.
