Description

FRSecure is currently looking for a System Administrator. The position will be located in the Twin Cities with flexibility in working from home. As a Systems Administrator, you would be responsible for the programming, development, implementation, and administration of the software systems utilized by FRSecure including Salesforce, FinancialForce, Hubspot, Gong, Outreach and any added systems. This role is also responsible for the administration of integrations into the systems as well as customization of each software to fit company needs. No sponsorship is available for this position.

Essential Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new capabilities and features within primary systems such as Salesforce.
• Perform day to day maintenance of Salesforce, including new user creation, permission changes, bug fixes, account ownership changes and report creation.
• Maintain app integrations and manage integrations between other applications such as FinancialForce, HubSpot, PandaDocs, Gong and Outreach. 
• Seek out, identify, communicate, and manage Salesforce and FinancialForce system changes that optimize performance, improve usability, and increase end user efficiency. 
• Create and maintain dashboards, campaigns, views and fields.
• Develop and maintain reporting capabilities and fulfill reporting requests.
• Work with IT and Security committees to ensure efficient configuration and use of file sharing, and storage within applications in use, including S2, SharePoint, ShareFile and PandaDocs
• Build and manage report folders to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Maintain system security and integrity including user roles, profiles, and hierarchies as well as storage usage and archives.
• Provide assistance and training to new and existing Salesforce users.
• Ensure data quality and integrity, merge duplicate records, manage data imports, and verify data accuracy.
• Build and maintain all processes within Salesforce.
• General maintenance and support of other SaaS systems such as Zoom, S2, HubSpot, PandaDocs, Gong and Outreach, including meeting with product owners, internal IT and software vendors to help plan and implement changes and improvements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three years of Salesforce administration and implementation experience required 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning platform required; Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred 
• Familiarity with Salesforce Agile methodology preferred
• Proficient with Salesforce Process Automation, Triggers, and Data Loader
• Familiarity with Sharepoint, Gong, Outreach and Hubspot is not required but preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of information from multiple sources to draw conclusions 
• Excellent organizational skills and time management 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suite products
