Current Frost employees must apply using the Careers application in Workday (not through this site) Job Description As a Personal Banker II with Frost, you will be responsible for providing financial services while meeting Consumer Banking Performance Standards. Responsibilities will include identifying and meeting the financial services needs of customers, identify opportunities to refer business to other lines of business; using all opportunities to meet assigned goals for deposit and loan products by discussing personal financial needs with customers and recommending ways in which Frost can best serve their needs; managing an assigned portfolio of customers with a focus on acquisition, expansion, and retention; and as needed, providing transactional services to include accepting deposits, payments, and check cashing. The candidate will maintain a high level of proficiency regarding all Frost products, with a particularly high level of expertise on all deposit and loan products. Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Preferred: Bachelor's degree Work Hours: Required Availability: Monday - Friday, 7:45am-6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am-1:15pm
