Responsibilities will include providing leadership and direction by coaching, mentoring and developing staff within assigned financial centers in alignment with our culture and values; ensuring assigned financial centers are motivated to achieve corporate initiatives and organic growth goals; ensuring customers within financial centers receive prompt, efficient and courteous service; stepping in and provide staffing coverage when necessary; following-up and resolving any customer complaints; and managing risk and loss prevention within assigned financial centers. The candidate will monitor various goals, including corporate goal performance, within assigned financial centers. Required: 2 years experience in banking or sales-related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Leadership skills Customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Preferred: Bachelor's degree
