Current Frost employees must apply using the Careers application in Workday (not through this site) Job Description As a Chief Compliance Officer at Frost, you would: Develop and implement all aspects of Frost’s Compliance Management Program to ensure that regulatory requirements are addressed and that compliance risk is understood and appropriately monitored Consult with lines of business and affiliates to develop and implement policies, programs, procedures and training programs that ensure bank and non-bank functions are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices Serve as chairperson of the Compliance Executive Oversight Committee to ensure that top leadership is informed of compliance posture, trends, and emerging risks Utilize subject matter expertise to provide compliance input on business initiatives, projects, or operational requests and to make actionable recommendations to executives Oversee regulatory affairs to ensure that compliance throughout organization is aligned with state and federal guidelines and regulations Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes To be successful, you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or related field 10 years in compliance or related experience in banking Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulations Comprehensive understanding of bank products, services, operations and systems Working knowledge of securities laws, regulations, and rules Ability to read, comprehend and interpret regulations Ability to analyze risks and recommend controls to mitigate regulatory risk Demonstrated experience leading a team Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent presentation skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines An exceptional candidate might have: CRCM license Securities license
