The Member Service Specialist is responsible for providing specialized services to members that is technical in nature such as the overall processing of IRA’s, Trust Accounts, Share Certificates, and decedent accounts. Responsible to uphold and abide by Frontwave’s core values and service expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
Two years’ experience in a credit union or similar financial institution having a proficient understanding of IRAs, Share Certificates, Trust Accounts and decedent accounts.
