Frontier Technology Inc. is Hiring a Remote Product Manager
Overview
Frontier Technology Inc. (FTI) is looking for an experienced Product Manager to support early-stage and maturing cloud software products. Our value proposition is that our software together with our talented staff provide forward leaning solutions to a range of US defense customers. The candidate will work with the Director of Product and Platform to oversee a portfolio of innovative new product offerings. Responsibilities
- Complete market and competitor analysis to support strategic product decisions
- Create tactical product roadmaps tied to agile development cycle, based on strategic portfolio roadmaps and company capability roadmaps
- Create detailed product requirements for development by the engineering team
- Develop, communicate, and maintain production timelines for all products
- Embedded in scrums for multiple product teams, providing voice of customer and ensuring development direction is headed toward MVP, delighting the customer, and creating residual software value for the company.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, growth and architecture, operations, and business development teams on the development, quality assurance, and release of products
- Possible Travel
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, technology or a similar field of study
- 5 years experience in product management for software, particularly cloud SaaS and emerging, across the full lifecycle of product production
- Must have experience with market research, agile development (SAFe preferred), and product design and planning
- Team player
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills as you will communicate with team members, other departments, company executives, and customers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills
Must be a US Citizen. Clearance not currently required but may be required in the future.
- Nice to have: Pragmatic Marketing coursework
- Nice to have: experience getting software accredited on Govt networks
