Position: Sales Associate

We're looking for an energetic go-getter to join our team as a Sales Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes selling and loves helping customers. This is a commission-based role, which means the more you sell, the more you earn. Your paycheck grows as you do.
Responsibilities:
- Talk to Customers: Have an open discussion with potential buyers to figure out what they need and recommend the right products from our catalog. This includes answering the phone, returning calls, and meeting with people in person.
- Knowing Our Products: Learn all about what Frontier Shed Company sells, including how things can be customized.
- Closing Sales: Take care of the whole process of making a sale, from the first conversation with a customer to closing the deal, making sure the customer is happy.
- Follow up on Leads: Generate and contact new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and promotional activities.
- Staying Informed: Stay up to date on what's happening with Frontier Shed Co. and how we can outsell our competition by offering the right products to the right people.
- Getting Customer Opinions: Gather feedback from customers and share it with our team to help make our products and services better.
Requirements:
- Former Sales Experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and people skills (the ability to listen and empathize with and adapt to different customer types)
- Self-Motivated / Self-Starter
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.

- Flexible work hours (closed on Sundays)
- 1099 Pay
