FIELD MARKETING MANAGER/SPECIALIST

(California)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bring your energy and passion to Frog Street and be part of an exciting, transformative time for the company and the early childhood education industry! The Field Marketing Manager/Specialist position plans and executes marketing campaigns and creates custom collateral for a specific geography, working closely with the sales team to reach goals and drive success. This person will be both a facilitator and an implementer, working with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to create and measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.

This person will help plan and execute regional events, webinars and other marketing campaigns designed to build awareness and top of the funnel activity, as well as execute digital campaigns to help drive leads. Tracking activity and results of all campaigns in the region will be critical to understanding campaign effectiveness and making informed decisions.

In addition, this person will work closely with and provide cross-functional support to the national campaigns team, as content and campaigns between these two organizations will be closely integrated (i.e., campaign content and results from the field will influence up to national campaigns, and vice-verse).

Characteristics required for this role include a curious mind and strong creative skills to develop relevant campaigns and content, demonstrated writing and design skills, solid communication and analytic skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualize, plan, organize, and execute regional marketing campaigns.
  • Implement campaigns in HubSpot (email platform), document and track results in Salesforce (CRM) and other marketing platforms.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on activity and results.
  • Create custom collateral and website content related to the specific geography.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other team members to contribute to the marketing campaign calendar.
  • Continually interview and interact with account executives to understand the territory focus, needs, pain points and market gaps to stay on the pulse of the territory.
  • Create messaging and positioning to differentiate in the market and to help to drive sales.
  • Monitor industry trends, manage the competition in the region, and help to create new opportunities in the market to help your sales team be successful - your success will be directly tied to theirs!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • 3 years minimum experience in creating marketing campaigns and collateral, ideally in a B2B environment. Experience with HubSpot or other email platforms.
  • Early education/education experience a plus.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated and flexible

  • The person will be based in our Southlake, TX office or work remotely from home.
