• The candidate will work within the Sales team in an administrative role.
• They will manage and complete the order entry process once the technical and commercial offer is finalized.
• The task involves liaison activities with the internal and external sales network and with the Sales Engineers, Logistics, Technical Office, Purchasing Office, and Administration functions.

Specifically, the resources will be responsible for:

• Generate Opportunities: Open the potential sales order in internal system. Fill in correct customer data and other metrics. Enter in correct equipment codes applying correct discounts and mark-ups.
• Generate quotes: Generate quotes in Microsoft word with accurate and detailed information tailored towards customer specific requirements.
• NET 30 Orders: Generate Opportunities, quotes, and process orders for NET 30 business. Smaller quantities out of stock, and machine side equipment as well.
• Representative Commissions: Generate the commission statements for representatives involved in orders.

Job requirements:

• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Capable in autonomous workload and deadline management
• Preferable knowledge of opportunity management software (e.g. SalesForce)
• (Preferable) experience in Industrial Sales framework

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
