An experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney (mid-level) is sought for Frier Levitt’s Pine Brook, NJ, office.

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for:

• Drafting motions in federal and state courts
• Drafting discovery requests and responses/objections to discovery requests
• Preparing for and taking depositions

Requirements:

• Admission in both NJ and NY preferred, but at least one of these bars is required
• 3-4 years’ experience in commercial litigation (healthcare experience preferred)
• Must have outstanding research and writing skills
