FULL TIME – Helpdesk Support Specialist
Friendly Express, Inc., located in Waycross, Ga., is currently seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to be a part of its excellent team. Friendly Express operates a convenience store chain in Southeast GA. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the stores and the Corporate office.

The ideal candidate:

• Capable of learning all computer systems and programs in the Corporate Office and convenience store environment and acting as a liaison with software companies in order to manage the products.
• Capable of observing and reporting equipment performance deficiencies & can co-ordinate equipment repairs
• Can maintain a log of jobs processed and prepare various administrative reports
• Can perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor
• Possesses excellent organizational and communication skills
• Can follow up with user to ensure issue is resolved
• Must be customer service oriented

Qualifications include but not limited to the following listed below. **Relevant experience may be substituted for education requirements.

• Technical School Degree or Certification
• IT Certifications or college education a plus**
• CompTIA A certification or equivalent preferred**
• CompTIA Network certification or equivalent preferred**
• 1 to 2 years’ experience preferred
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with Point of Sale systems a plus**
