What we need:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for capturing the attention of a target audience using a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Creative departments.

Essential Duties:

• Design emails, ads, social media content, and website assets
• Conceptualize, design, take feedback, and manage design projects from start to finish
• Design packaging and other print materials
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on campaigns and launches
• Work closely with the Photographer and Videographer on campaigns and launches
• Schedule projects and manage timelines
• Create multiple variations of designs for testing
• Follow brand and style guide
• Develop a deep understanding of the Freshy Picked brand to help ensure brand compliance and executional consistency
• Follow Brand and Style Guides of Licenses (Disney, Harry Potter, etc.) when applicable

Required Skills:

• 2 years of design and art direction experience on an in-house or agency creative team
• Wizard in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Understanding of print production
• Strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and design systems
• An eye for current aesthetics and trends
• Organized and detailed, including clean internal file management
• Ability to multitask and work well with multiple types of team members
• Understand file preparation and exporting for print and digital files
• Understanding of web and email structure and best practices

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Portfolio is required for consideration

This is a full-time hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 remote. Schedule must be flexible to meet company needs.
