Fresh Clothes is a pick-up and drop-off laundry delivery service in the Greater Boise area. Our pricing model along with our innovative technology and team of energetic people help us stand out and provide outstanding service to our residential and commercial laundry customers.

We are looking for a flexible, energetic Attendant and Folder who will excel in our fast-paced, ever-growing environment. Since this is not a conventional laundromat where people do their own laundry, you will be a part of an efficient operation without working around customers. Looking to fill a Wednesday-Saturday role.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to the growth of the business. You should be a quick folder and enjoy doing laundry for a full shift. Interest in working evenings would be a plus as we need to expand hours of service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sort all linens and treat stains
• Load all laundry into washer and add specified cleaning agents
• Take wet, clean items and dry as directed
• Sort and fold or hang clean dried items
• Operate iron and steam pressers
• Clean equipment and workspace daily
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Perform laundry functions in complete compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines and requirements
• Conduct inventory control
• Maintain top level cleanliness following set policies, standards, and procedures
• Provide leadership for staff relations effectively within business
• Navigate customer concerns and follow up on activities as needed
• Actively promote teamwork with staff and contribute to clear communication
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Must be a fast-paced worker and work well with others
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a consistent basis
• Must be able to stand, walk, stretch and/or bend down for extended periods
• Excellent multitasking/organizational skills
• Ability to describe best laundry cleaning techniques
• Ability to fold a normal sized load of laundry in 12 minutes
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback
• Adheres to company standards and code of conduct for professional appearance, communication techniques and customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 per week
