Fresenius Kabi USA is Hiring a Human Resources Administrator Near Melrose, IL

Job Summary Responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, performing various duties within human resources including: HRIS input into Workday, new employee onboarding, administration of benefit changes, reporting, auditing, and miscellaneous support. *This is an on-site position at our Melrose Park, IL production facility. Responsibilities General administrative duties including but not limited to: Upkeep of employee files, both electronic and physical Preparation and distribution of communications Maintain bulletin boards and video displays Meeting coordination Assist employees with Employee Relations-related questions and/or directs them to the source for information, as appropriate. (e.g., interpreting inquiries regarding policies and procedures). Assist with on-boarding new hires/contractors, such as, keying into Workday, presenting at NEO. May support, based on facility, specific processes, e.g., new hires, presenting at New Employee Orientation (NEO), terminations, exit interviews, etc. HRIS input for promotions/transfers/demotions/terminations/cost center changes, etc. Monitor revisions to job descriptions and obtain required signatures. Generate reports from HRIS, e.g., new hire report, termination report, employee roster, negative/excess vacation, and any ad hoc reports as needed. Process department’s incoming/outgoing mail. Maintain organizational charts as required. May have additional responsibility of providing higher level visibility, i.e., entire U.S. organization. Support Leave Administrator as needed about the Leave of Absence (LOA) process. Administer programs, based on location, e.g., Tuition Reimbursement, Safety equipment/PPE, Employee Referrals, Service Award Programs, etc. Job Requirements High school or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred (will consider previous related work experience, in lieu of a degree). Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of HRIS (Workday preferred).
