Fremont Street Experience LLC is Hiring an IT Help Desk Technician Near Las Vegas, NV

Description

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our Customer Services team. As an IT Help Desk Technician, your role is to diagnose and resolve all the issues our customers are facing and providing them solutions as early as possible. Technical support and technical assistance are the two major responsibilities that you are expected to carry out in this role.

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You are responsible to provide the best customer service services to our clients in the best possible way. You will have to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues and fix the problems in their computer systems and mobile devices. 

You should be well-versed with the knowledge of all technical procedures in order to be successful in this role. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills are the key requirements for this role.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of experience in computer networks, hardware, and systems maintenance.

· Experience with MS Office 365 and exchange email troubleshooting

· Experience with Windows 10/1, Windows server, AD, NTFS, and GPOs

· Demonstrated knowledge of IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and MAC addresses

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in supporting Windows 10.

· Proficient in and knowledge of troubleshooting many types of equipment/Desktop Software

· Experience installing and upgrading PC hardware and PC software/operating systems.

· Networks, internet connection issues, as well as be able to configure network devices such as routers.

· Security software such as Anti-virus, Anti-SPAM, Anti-Spyware, and other security related technologies.

· Familiarity with VLANs, Firewalls, L2 and L3 switches a plus

· CompTIA certifications, A , Network , Security or similar greatly appreciated

Other Skills & Abilities:

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent Customer Service

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills required

· Self-Motivated

· Sense of Urgency

· Should enjoy learning new things

· Working knowledge of LAN and WAN networking and protocols

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:

· Assigned duties are primarily accomplished in an office setting. Must be able to maneuver around in an office setting, and work at a desk/workstation.

· Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment

· May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.

· Ability to perform the duties of this job in outside weather conditions including but not limited to cold weather and very hot weather.

· Must be able to work varied hours based on our events.

· Ability to work in an environment that varies noise levels from low to loud depending on the event or concert.
