What You'll Do

  • Employee Relations - Serve as a primary trusted resource employees can connect with for HR support
  • Onboarding / Offboarding - Support managers to create a “red carpet in” and “red carpet out” experience for incoming and outgoing employees
  • Performance Reviews & Manager Coaching - Manage performance review process & drive proactive coaching initiatives for managers
  • Benefits Administration - Administer all company benefits including health insurance (currently run through our PEO Justworks), 401k (Ubiquity), disability insurance / etc.
  • Policies - Maintain company policies including family leave policies and support employees with implementation 
  • Payroll Processing & Checks - Ensure 100% accuracy with payroll
  • State Compliance - Work with our PEO Justworks and our accounting team to ensure Freethink is properly registered and up-to-date in each state we have employees in
  • Admin - Oversee all administrative aspects of HR including personnel updates, I-9 verification, offer letter generation, etc. 

What You'll Need

  • Preferably two years minimum in a similar role
  • Positive, hard-working, can-do attitude
  • Exceptional discretion and professionalism
  • Outstanding attention to detail and follow through
  • Strong critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize multiple inputs 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and learn quickly
