Freese and Nichols is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator in Oklahoma City, OK to help develop and manage proposals and contribute to new client pursuits. Manage the development and production of SOQ/proposal responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, LOIs etc.) in a deadline-intensive, fast-paced environment; includes developing visually attractive submittals that graphically communicates key points Serve as a Proposal Manager to effectively guide pursuit teams (Marketing and Technical) through the proposal process and keep them compliant and on schedule Collaborate with leadership and technical SMEs to craft appropriate sales strategies and win themes Coordinate with subcontractors and other teaming partners Ensure printing, final delivery and database archiving of client submittals Work as a team with other Marketing Coordinators, providing quality control checks and collaboration on continuous improvement for the proposal process Qualifications 6 years' experience as a proposal coordinator or similar position Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud InDesign and Photoshop Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study: Business, Communications, Marketing, English or other related discipline Previous sales or communications experience with A/E/C or consulting firms Experience with using a CRM database such as Cosential At Freese and Nichols, everyone on our team gets to make a meaningful difference in our communities.
