Are you a ninja-like Registered Nurse with a passion for the Operating Room? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every second counts? Do you have what it takes to help us help our patients? Do you have a valid RN license in the state of employment, at least one year of OR experience, BLS certification and ACLS certification? Awesome! We'd love you for those professional qualifications. Bonus points for CNOR certification and Surgery Center experience. It looks nice on your resume and ours too.

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a strong Operating Room RN to join our team at Frederick Surgery Center, which has been the longest active multispecialty, same day surgery center in the Frederick area since 1988.

As an Operating Room RN, you'll be responsible for ensuring our surgical suite is operational and running like a well-oiled machine. You will be responsible for performing circulating duties during surgical procedures, plan & modify care and make necessary adjustments as needed. But make no mistake, our RNs are the ones we depend on to maintain efficient surgeries, monitor patients' vitals and health, and attend to their every need during their stay.

But wait, there's more! You'll also have the opportunity to be a part of the Frederick Surgery Center family, which features a supportive, tight-knit staff who work together to make sure every patient receives top-notch care in a safe, welcoming environment. We know the OR can be intense, so we also bring the fun - a culture of teamwork and laughter, where you'll be surrounded by like-minded colleagues who are dedicated to providing the best care possible to our patients.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can make even the grumpiest surgeon smile, has the heart of Florence Nightingale, and the nerves of steel of Spiderman. If you’re the kind of person who believes healthcare is not only a job but also a calling, then you’re the one we’re looking for!

We need someone who can multitask like a pro, communicate with ease, and keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment. So, if you're a talented, detail-oriented nurse with a passion for the Operating Room and a desire to work in an environment where your contributions make a real difference, apply now! We can't wait to hear from you. In return, we'll offer you a lively, patient-focused, family-like atmosphere and a chance to work with an amazing team!
