Job Summary:

We are seeking a Service Advisor to assist the Service Manager in the daily operations and service ticket preparation for The Key located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates, and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns
• Preparation and processing of service tickets
• Assist service manager in decision making based on problem as requested
• Solve problems that occur after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Communicate with vendors to ensure inventory moves back and forth from dealers
• Prepare for transport of cars, establish relations with service writers at other dealers
• Determine the most cost effective method of parts purchasing
• Timely processing of vendor invoices
• In the absence of Service Manager help keep open communication between sales and service, and keep cars moving from techs to sales
• Other duties may as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
