Description
SUMMARY: Maintenance contract billing, meter collection, maintain contract billing throughout the month within the parameters set by the contracts department. Complete all contract billing following month end procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Entering M/A contracts

Utilizing software tools for meter collection

Meter billing

Month End

Meter integrity

Understand contract profitability

Sales support & reporting
-
Correct invoice/meter discrepancies

Drive the automation of meter collection

Promote the use of our automation tools
Qualifications
Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business admin or related field preferred
Experience: 3 years experience in related field
Skills:
- Have exceptional communication skills including listening and problem analysis
- Pleasant and professional phone and email skills
- Ability to follow a prescribed process
- Accuracy when processing orders and double-checking work
- Have sound judgment and ability to think on feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Follow-up on transactions until their completion
- The ability to work the last week of the month always unless in the most extreme circumstances.
Physical Demands: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to lift, push, pull up to 30 pounds
Work Environment: Fast paced, shared space, collaborative, open office space environment
Travel Required: Minimal, valid driver’s license for business travel
