Job Description:
The accounting team at Frasco, Inc is searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk . This individual will be working directly with the Corporate Services Manager and CFO. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will support the operations of the accounting department.
This is a Full-Time, Monday through Friday, hybrid position based in Irvine, CA. Minimum two days per week would be required in-office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist in compiling documentation related to compliance matters
- Process transactions for Frasco’s purchasing and travel department
- Manage and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain a digital filing system
- Assist in reconciling General Ledger accounts
Requirements
Required Skills/Experience:
- Familiar with basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Skillful in data entry and word processing
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
