About the Role
Whatfix is seeking a stellar Recruiting/Sourcing Coordinator in San Jose to work with our team hiring in the US and Europe. This role requires working from our San Jose office five days per week. Reports directly to the Head of Talent.
What you will do

• Coordinating recruiting, scheduling, ATS maintenance, supporting hiring managers, recruiting analytics, sourcing, and process documentation.
• Source and build out pipeline on a daily basis.
• Anticipate & proactively work to solve problems and smooth out any logistical challenges.
• Participate in other Recruiting/HR-related initiatives to iterate on processes and provide the best in class recruitment support.
• Support operational goals and programs on the Recruiting Team.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand hiring profiles across markets and capabilities.
• Learn and execute our approach for identifying and hiring top performers.
• End-to-end recruiting on open roles

What you bring to the table

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous end-to-end recruiting experience with GTM roles.
• You are detail-oriented, flexible, able to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment startup environment.
• Fun, Fast, and Friendly- Able to find humor in the most mundane days.
• Ability to manage multiple internal priorities in a time-sensitive matter and pivot rapidly with changing priorities.
• Superior follow-through to ensure all tasks/projects are completed promptly.
• Hungry to learn and grow.
• Expert knowledge level with G-Suite, Canva, and overall tech-savvy.
• Experience with heavy calendar management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$85,000. Compensation will be determined by factors such as level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
