ASSISTED LIVING MANAGER

Entry Level - LPN/RN Full-time

Franciscan Village, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is a vibrant senior living community in Lemont, IL. We offer assisted living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community. We are currently looking for a Full-time Assisted Living Manager to join to our growing team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Hires and supervises Assisted Living Associates.

Establishes and maintains open and effective communication with residents, families, associates and other team members.

Train and develop staff to be cohesive and a customer service driven unit.

Refers all sales leads to Sales consultant.

Assess resident eligibility for continued Assisted Living residency and reviews with ED Initiates resident/family conferences when a change of service level is required.

Manages daily operations within parameters of established policies and procedures and in keeping with the philosophy and mission of the organization.

Supervises and directs the work activity of associates.

Creates and maintains a high level of resident and associate satisfaction.

Implements programs and practices that enhance the customer service experience for the residents.

Assumes role of campus expert in Dementia Care through additional training and experience.

Required skills and qualifications: 

Licensed Pratical Nurse required

Outstanding Customer Service Skills Knowledge of IDPH Assisted Living REGS

Previous Supervisor experience a plus Bachelor degree or applicable healthcare experience

Applicable healthcare experience 3-5 years

Above Average Leadership proven leadership skills
