- Scheduling Assigns and schedules cleaning of areas at designated campuses to ensure adequate staff coverage.
- Scheduling Maintains adequate staffing levels by appropriately scheduling staff's days on/off.
- Inventory Management Monitors the usage of supplies and equipment and ensures that adequate stock is available.
- Safety Protocol Observes and enforces all safety policies, procedures, and rules to ensure a safe work environment.
- People Management Activities Participates in people management activities for direct team members such as conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
- Performance Management Supervises the work of others and manages the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
- Training & Education Trains staff in cleaning tasks, department procedures, and policies.
- Preferred High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years EVS Preferred
- Dept of Trans Training (DOTTRN) - .
