Shift:  Monday - Friday  8:00am -4:30pm

Job Summary: 
The role of a Call Center Representative focuses around providing high quality service and customer satisfaction to consumers through various channels including live chat, phone, and email. This position serves is the primary point of contact for our customers, and is expected to build relationships that encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

You may be the very first person to officially greet a new customer. For that reason, we seek charismatic, friendly people and have a passion for problem-solving, regardless of your resume or work experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides excellent customer service by responding promptly to a high volume of inbound customer calls, chats or emails.
  • Focus on resolving issues on the first call, and provide appropriate response to caller
  • Builds rapport with each customer and works to retain customers who inquire about canceling by showing empathy and confidence.
  • Work with other departments to research and resolve issues, and provide timely updates to customers
