Fraser is seeking a Human Resources Administrator that will support our employee recognition programs and years of service through tracking, running reports, data entry, and ordering supplies.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serves as primary administrator for the employee recognition program, Fraser Stars, under the direction of the Sr. Representative, Organizational Development.
  • Enters awarded & redeemed Fraser Stars into Fraser’s HRIS system, UKG.
  • Maintains the accuracy and integrity of the recognition-tracking sheet.
  • Facilitates the timely redemption of items stored onsite and ordered from third parties.
  • Delivers supplies for Fraser Stars between the Bloomington, MN and Richfield, MN locations.
  • Performs periodic inventory audits.
  • Places weekly redemption orders to third parties initiated from the Fraser redemption store.
  • Provide a report of weekly submissions to Marketing and Executive Leadership.
  • Serves as primary note taker for listening sessions conducted by Business Partners and HR Representative, Organizational Development.

Location, Pay and Schedule:

  • Hybrid / Richfield, MN. Must be able to drive to Bloomington and Richfield as needed.
  • $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
  • Par time Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. AA/AS degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Two years of payroll experience including experience with payroll/HR databases (UKG) and report writing preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure required.
  • Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required.
