About the Role

As a Store Team Lead, you will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by leading and coaching the team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations during your shift, which may include leading a team and managing the cafe, customer experience, and/or online ordering. 

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks & zones to store team members to ensure optimal store operations
• Complete store opening & closing tasks in detail and with thoroughness, as a key holder
• Serve as a go-to for store team members, in the absence of a manager, to assist & escalate as needed
• Assist in training new store team members during their onboarding, to build a top-notch experience
• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Educate & answer guests’ questions on Foxtrot products & store layout
• Ensure key business initiatives are offered for our guests, i.e. Membership and Offers

• Must be 21 to handle alcohol transactions
• Able to work in a team & independently
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds of boxes, and to use stairs regularly & safely
• Strong communication skills
• Passion & excitement for trending, high-quality goods, especially in food and beverage
• Punctual and reliable
• Previous retail experience is helpful, but not required
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, including some weekends, is required
