Based in Canton, Ohio, the primary responsibilities of this role are consistent interviewing and onboarding, and patient assistance with employee questions and phone calls.
This role is responsible for consistent interviewing and onboarding:
Success Metric is daily pulse submissions on interviewing and onboarding statistics
This role is responsible for office administration:
Success Metric is timely data entry, thorough knowledge of all administrative procedure and policy, and proper routing of complex questions to the appropriate party
