Foxdale Village is a Quaker-directed, non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in State College, PA seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work the night shift in our Skilled Nursing Unit to work every Wednesday 12 hours shifts.

Foxdale Village includes 57 apartments and 148 cottages and offers a range of health services with 46 beds in skilled nursing for short and long-term care, two memory care neighborhoods, and 55 beds in personal care, all with private accommodations. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Profile:

• Develop, review, and update individualized interdisciplinary care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician following policies and procedures.
• Safely use specialized clinical equipment and implement nursing care procedures.
• Effectively communicate to assure continuity of care and efficiency in work responsibilities.
• Accurately document using PointClickCare electronic health records system.
• Ability to interact with fellow Foxdale Team members, residents, and residents’ family members in a climate-controlled environment.
• Works 24 hours per pay period (bi-weekly), 12-hour shifts in the Night Shift (7:00 pm to 7:30 am).

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications Include:

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Pennsylvania as a Practical Nurse (LPN).
• The possessor or have the ability to obtain a valid CPR card.
