Foxdale Village is a Quaker-directed, non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in State College, PA seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work the evening shift in our Personal Care Nursing Unit.

Foxdale Village includes 57 apartments and 148 cottages and offers a range of health services with 46 beds in skilled nursing for short and long-term care, two memory care neighborhoods, and 55 beds in personal care, all with private accommodations. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Profile:

• Develop, review, and update individualized interdisciplinary care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician following policies and procedures.
• Safely use specialized clinical equipment and implement nursing care procedures.
• Effectively communicate to assure continuity of care and efficiency in work responsibilities.
• Accurately document using PointClickCare electronic health records system.
• Ability to interact with fellow Foxdale Team members, residents, and residents’ family members in a climate-controlled environment.
• Works 72 hours per pay period (bi-weekly), 8 hours shifts in the Evenings shift (3 pm to 11:30 pm). Works primarily in personal care.

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications Include:

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Pennsylvania as a Practical Nurse (LPN).
• The possessor or have the ability to obtain a valid CPR card.
