Position Summary:
Provides dedicated support to multiple clients with specific focus on HR transactions, data maintenance, reporting, onboarding and staffing compliance as needed. Ensures data quality while maintaining confidentiality. Provides guidance to employees on basic company policies and involves manager for more complex issues. Primarily focused on more tactical HR operations for particular business group
Position Responsibilities:

  • Works with HR Business Partner to help clients achieve people strategy and HR goals.
  • Supports HR transactions and data maintenance; prepares data and/or verifies information submitted by employees.
  • Research, analyze, and integrate data to provide information on human resources programs
  • Works with Talent Management for onboarding processes for business unit’s new hires
  • Provides guidance to employees on basic company policies
  • Acts as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems
  • May administer schedules and performance requirements

Position Qualifications:
Education:
HS diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience:
1 years of human resources experience
Business supporting HR experience a plus
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Office Environment
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
