Job Description Summary Responsibilities The Nail Technician provides relaxing and thorough manicure and pedicure to guests of the Spa that uphold the standards of the Four Seasons Hotel. Some of the duties of a Nail Technician are: • Follow proper payroll procedures. • Follow all standards set in place by Four Seasons for sequence of service, etc. • Able to utilize Book4Time and/or any computerized applications. • Maintain and neat and quiet work area at all times. • Ensure the Nail Room is clean and well-stocked at all times.. • Have knowledge of each area of the Spa and Fitness Center and provide information to guests about services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel. • Perform all treatments assigned to your shift. • Have knowledge of retail offerings and be prepared to make appropriate recommendations to guests. • Respond appropriately in any hotel emergency or safety situation. • Perform others tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff. • Provide professional nail treatments for any client including manicures, pedicures and gel/shellac services. • Remain professional, patient and calm at all times. • Adhere to meal break policy. Job Description Job Description Preferred Qualifications and Skills We are looking for individuals who have a knowledge of Nail Technician operations with good communication skills. Applicants are required to have physical mobility as lifting, walking, bending and moving objects up to 50 lbs. Speaking, writing and reading English is required. Positive attitude and willing to learn is must. 1-2-year experience preferred. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
