Security Guard for Luxury Apartments.
- Shift 10 am - 6 pm
- Weekends Saturday and Sunday
- Part -Time 16 hours per week.
- Must Possess Current AZ Unarmed Guard Card.
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
- Requires Smart Phone.
- Requires proficient computer skills.
- Implement and reinforce community policies.
- Monitoring CCTV and access control systems.
- Perform six patrols per shift.
- Professionally answer inbound calls.
- Respond to emails and community messages.
- Write clear, accurate and detailed Daily Activity Reports.
- Have the ability to stay calm during stressful situations.
- Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
