Four Hands is Hiring a Parts Coordinator Near Buda, TX
The Parts Coordinator position will play a vital/pivotal role in keeping parts organized and in place. The coordinator will specialize in Inventory Parts and is a fast-paced role that will require cross-functional training and skill set. This position will be in direct correspondence with customer service, supply chain, inventory, and quality.
In this role:
- Receive PO files into our WMS system
- RF scan, organize and put away parts
- Manage inventory of parts
- Keep up with daily housekeeping of parts
- Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
- Pick, pack, ship parts on daily basis
- Data entry into excel and accounting systems
- Conduct inventory cycle counts on daily basis
- Other duties assigned by Management
Ideal person
- Previous warehousing, manufacturing, or related work experience
- Previous Inventory Control experience
- RF Gun experience
- Knowledgeable of warehouse operations – lift, pallet jack, forklift
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work 3 stories high
- High School Experience or equivalent
- Ability to handle change, pressure, and high pace environment
