Four Corners Community Bank is Hiring an Accounting Specialist I (Part-time 20-25hrs.) Near Farmington, NM
Description
Performs bank-wide accounting related duties.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reconcile internal DDA accounts daily
- Reconcile correspondent bank accounts daily
- Reconcile control and work in process general ledgers
- Process accounts payable
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Performs administrative duties such as typing, filing, or routine clerical work
- Protects the confidentiality of all financial data relating to bank operations and customers
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; accounting degree or current accounting student preferred
- General accounting knowledge preferred
- Excellent computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to function in a team environment.
