The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing all necessary property maintenance to maintain and enhance the property as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include provide general maintenance, drywall, painting, assist with grounds maintenance, after hour emergency calls, snow removal and responding to resident service requests. Ideal candidates will possess overall maintenance knowledge, organizational skills, and trouble-shooting abilities with skills in HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and tool usage.
