Fotona is Hiring a Front Desk Administrator (Irving, TX) Near Irving, TX

Fotona is currently seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join our US team based in our Irving, Texas headquarters. The Front Desk Administrator will be a key member of our Operations and Administration team, providing general administrative support.

The Front Desk Administrator will greet guests, answer incoming calls and customer inquiries, and basic computer and phone support to team members. The Front Desk Administrator will work closely with the Office Manager, Operations Team, and other internal Fotona teams. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative skills, be computer/tech savvy, and be a flexible team player.

This person will achieve success in the role by employing a strong combination of reliability, dependability, attention to detail, team collaboration, and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and inquiries, and greet guests
  • Data entry and filing
  • Provide laptop, printer, and cell phone set up and basic support
  • Handle business correspondence with company cell phone providers
  • Assist in office supply restocking and inventory

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Aptitude with computers, phone systems, and technology.
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach, and ability to work well with little direct supervision.
  • Works well when under pressure and is able to manage your time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, with a focus on quality of result.
  • Flexible, with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or office support.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit for extended periods.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Technical Degree preferred.
