What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Pipefitter position at Forza Group?
A rapidly growing industrial construction firm in the Atlanta area is seeking Pipefitters to work in Peachtree City, Thomaston, and Carrollton, GA areas. The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced with:
- Heavy Industrial and Commercial mechanical jobs
- 4 years of experience as Pipefitter/Pipe Welder
- 1 or more years of experience as a TIG Welder
- Assembling and joining piping by means of threaded, soldered, brazed, or cemented joints
- Planning sequence of installation to avoid obstructions and cutting pipe
- Threading and bending pipe by hand or with pipe bending machine
- Testing piping systems for leaks
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
