Job Description

(External/Customer Support Focus)

We are seeking a communications professional to join our Impact and Communications team. The Program Marketing Manager will primarily focus on development and external coordination of materials for FORWARD Platform customers to drive application volume to their programs. You will develop marketing strategies and collateral to execute for our customers and partner agencies. Your prior experience includes a range of program management and marketing functions, including program design, branding, communications, graphic design, online advertising, digital media, and social media. Experience with government agencies and/or non-profit organizations and leading teams is highly desirable. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and deliver effective marketing campaigns that support the growth and expansion of customer programs in coordination with partner agencies
  • Manage program communications ensuring messaging is consistent 
  • Manage customer marketing campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track the impact of marketing efforts and report findings to customers 
  • Generate content and visual assets for program marketing which includes but is not limited to, flyers, press releases, emails, blog posts, newsletters, social media, and online ads while adhering to customer and FORWARD brand styles
  • Develop and run paid ad campaigns on behalf of customers
  • Manage and acquire press and media on behalf of customers
  • Create and update existing templates for program marketing materials
  • Attend customer meetings to report on marketing outcomes and provide marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with and manage community-based partners to ensure they are meeting marketing deliverables
  • Support the customer marketing journey and lifecycle and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
  • Maintain and track program marketing efforts in Salesforce
  • Support with research and general marketing efforts as needed

Qualifications

  • A deep interest in learning and growing as the team grows and roles evolve
  • Relevant marketing, program management experience or similar role
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge and skillset in of visual design, email marketing, copywriting, and social media marketing (Canva, basic Photoshop, etc.)
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to work in a flexible manner and adapt to a fast-paced environment 
  • Highly organized, timely, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and prioritize workload
  • Experience working with government agencies and/or non-profit organizations is desirable.

Salary range: $90,000-$110,000
