Position: Customer Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
Forward Air TLS is looking for a solutions-oriented Customer Operations Coordinator. Operations Coordinators are the face of Forward Air to our customers operations teams and are focused on providing best in class customer service to a portfolio of accounts, helping customers move their inventory efficiently and effectively. Operations Coordinators build upon existing relationships with customers through constant communication with customer contacts as well as our customers vendors. Communication with customers include, but are not limited to, discussions on market trends and negotiating of rates based on the market, how Forward Air TLS can add value to their transportation network and identifying and resolving issues.
