This team produces a wide range of electrode materials and prototypes that directly inform our technology and product development. You will be responsible for parts of our novel Iron Anode R&D production process. Collaborating with a diversity of teams, including engineering, supply chain, and facilities, you will focus on quality and supporting the technicians running the processes. You will design experiments to collect data and make informed decisions on process changes with our cross-functional development team.
