FORKLIFT SYSTEMS is Hiring a Service Coordinator Near Nashville, TN
Forklift Systems, Incorporated (“FSI”) is a 40 year family owned and operated material management equipment business. FSI prides itself in providing the highest quality of services in the industry and is currently seeking a high-quality Service Coordinator to join our team!
Pay: Full-time employment. Starting hourly pay is based on experience.

Important Skills and Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal skills
- Experience using MS Word and Excel
- Good data entry skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and take direction
Responsibilities:
- Provide all necessary information on work order to support billing process
- Responsible for the coordination for daily scheduling
- Oversee daily functions of service technicians
- Review technician notes on work order – apply appropriate misc. charges, fuel / truck charges and any sublet charges accordingly
- Preventative Maintenance (PM) Agreements – communicate with customers for scheduling, needs and other concerns
- Follow up with all customers on scheduled times and/or discuss additional concerns with quotes and turnaround times
- Bulletins/Campaigns – support all manufacture and warranty on completion of requirements
- Accurate and timely completion of routing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
