Call Center Representatives (Client Services Representative)
- Hybrid/Remote Team- This role will be remote in Saint Paul, MN area
- This office is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota: Flexible to come in for team offsites or IT support if needed
- Hybrid/Remote Team
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
- Work Hours 10:30 am to 7:00 p.m. CST
- $18 up to $20 per hour depending on experience
- Full Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401(k)
- Answer high volume, fast paced, incoming phone calls (approximately 50 calls) emails, fax, and webchats with professional etiquette
- Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve and exceed client satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in accordance with company procedures
- Keep records of client interactions, process client requests and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and departmental policies and procedures

- 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time in an office setting or in home office setting while working.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in related fields may substitute for the preferred education.
