Medical RECEPTIONIST for optometry clinic – TRAINING PROVIDED - We love eyes!

Vision Source Mandan has expanded and we are looking for a positive and friendly individual to join our team and help us take care of our patients’ eyes! We need someone who can be that great first impression and warm smile for our patients when they walk through the door. Candidates must be computer savvy, have the ability to multitask, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and possess great attention to detail. Role:

• Greet patients that enter the clinic and be the first smile of their exceptional experience.
• Answer phone calls
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Gather insurance information and verify patient eligibility
• Enter orders for contact lenses
• Help patients understand their insurance benefits
• Collect patient payments
• Prior medical receptionist experience is preferred but not required
• This position is full time.
• We utilize technology in our clinic so familiarity with a computer is a must.
