ForeFlight is looking for a professional Accounts Receivable Analyst. You will help drive accounting processes focusing on reconciling customer account statements and contacting customers to get issues resolved and funds collected. Additionally, there will be some coordination with the accounting team to identify unmatched deposits and to identify potential write-offs. 

• Review Accounts Receivable Aging Lists to keep up to date with potential customer account issues
• Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments
• Research aged items and determine next steps in the collections process
• Communicate with customers and proper internal departments to help projects move toward adequate completion goals
• Research and identify unmatched check deposits 
• Present ongoing progress at set intervals

Requirements:

• 2 years of AR/Collections experience required
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a friendly manner
• Ability to work independently 
• Strong problem-solving skills and basic accounting principles knowledge
• Experience using Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce software (preferred)
