What you will be doing:

The Onsite Technology Support role ensures that customers receive prompt and efficient technical support of commercial A/V systems. Provides client support to end users in the operation and configuration of videoconferencing systems. Handles and responds to inbound phone calls, email inquiries, and escalations. Participates in onsite technical troubleshooting. Participates as needed in prescribed training curricula. Follows up on open issues with escalation groups to provide feedback to customer.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or technical customer support work experience
• Self-starter capable of working independently and with team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Punctual and polished in corporate setting
• Efficient troubleshooting skills
• Basic PC skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
